Natalia is working on her debut novel, What They Don’t Know. It is upmarket women’s fiction about Sarah, a medical student with a traumatic past, fighting to protect her five-year old sister from foster care and kidney disease. In her efforts, Sarah compromises the Hippocratic oath and jeopardizes her first chance at love.

Natalia received a grant from Stanford School of Medicine to take a year off, fully funded, for her novel. She was accepted into the Northern California Writer’s Retreat where she met one of her favorite authors, Vanessa Diffenbaugh of The Language of Flowers. Natalia has excelled in her creative writing classes at Stanford, UCLA, and Oxford.
